- Successfully represented a leading Saudi Pay TV distributor as lead Counsel in DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Proceedings in an action worth $ 48 million against a Qatari media company, related to a cross border Distributor Agreement.
- Acted for a Canadian company as Counsel in an arbitration worth USD 5 million under DIFC-LCIA rules, relating to the acquisition of two companies operating in the technology sector in the UAE and Qatar. The contract was governed under DIFC law and the arbitration was seated in the DIFC.
- Drafted incorporation documents and designed the corporate structure of a social media platform registered in the United Kingdom and provided ongoing legal support to a start-up.
- Advised on the structure for setting up a video based social media platform, and drafted agreements such as a Shareholder Agreement and the company’s bespoke Articles of Association.
